Finance Manager

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic leader to the critical position of Finance Manager.

Empower is a local development company working across Fingal.  We are State-funded and are responsible for a range of programmes to meet the needs of individuals, families and community groups in County Fingal.  Empower deliver services across Fingal in the areas of Community Development, Health and Wellbeing, Training & Employment, and Child & Family services.

We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Finance Manager

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic leader to the critical position of Finance Manager. This is a senior position, working closely with the Chief Executive and the Board of Directors.  The Finance Manager will be a key player in ensuring that Empower has the financial and operational stability to continue our vital work in promoting our programmes and services.   

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial health of Empower, ensuring strong governance and compliance with financial regulations.  They will ensure we have the financial resources to fulfil our vision and mission. 

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of financial reporting, budgeting and contract management. You will directly manage a small team and will have broad influence across the organisation. 

This is a permanent contract subject to funding.
