Your Facilitator:
Catherine Rogers is the Associate Director, Consulting at Crowe Ireland.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Catherine spent time in industry, working in the transport and banking sectors. Her banking experience led her to the Department of Finance where she spent three years prior to joining Crowe in 2015.
Her time as a civil servant has given her valuable insight into the oversight that all public-sector spending receives; in particular, the importance of being able to accurately measure a project’s success and the vital role that project governance and oversight play in ensuring value for money.
Catherine brings a wealth of experience to her role. She has worked on a wide variety of projects across the public and not-for-profit sectors. She has particular experience in conducting extensive reviews of clients’ operational processes and how these impact their service delivery. She has also undertaken a number of investigations on behalf of clients, Government Departments and oversight organisations.
