Meet Your Presenter
Helena Dilleen is a qualified Mindfulness Coach and Mental Health First Aid Associate. Helena is the founder of Giddy Studios, a wellness business that trains corporate teams and individuals in mindfulness. She works across the corporate, community and charity sectors delivering sessions to enhance wellbeing.
