This programme is designed to provide an overview of key working and case management. Key working is the simple process of working with clients to achieve their goals and part of this process is effective case management, in essence the two go hand in hand. There will be examples of best practice and practical examples given to develop theory into practice. Above all this programme is a practical application of relevant theory in relation to key working and case management.

This workshop will be delivered live on Zoom: The course will allow you to interact with your trainer and other participants in a virtual classroom where, in addition to the workshop content, there will be time built in for live discussions, question & answer sessions and skills practice. You can access the course wherever you have an internet connection; on a desktop, tablet or even a smartphone.

The Learning Curve Institute was contracted by The HSE to deliver training on these topics as part of The National Addiction Training Programme in 2011/2012 and therefore possesses in depth knowledge of both the content and the training delivery.

This workshop is eligible for CPD points from The Addiction Counsellors of Ireland.

"Content was very relevant and at times thought provoking – in particular the exploration of boundaries and self care. Liam was knowledgeable, experienced and engaging. The various elements were clearly defined and explained.  Lots of time for discussion and questions.  I just wish I had completed it 18 months ago when I started in my new role."
