Free Reflective Circle is Launching for female non-profit CEOs
A free, confidential Reflective Circle is launching for female non-profit CEOs who are carrying high responsibility with limited support.
Facilitated by Siobhán Cahalan, this supervision-style peer space offers time to reflect, share, and be supported by others who understand the role.
It follows the principles of group coaching supervision, creating a safe, structured environment where leaders can reflect, process challenges, experience support and gather resources to move forward.
This is a, free, pilot initiative running three times in 2026.
