CRNI Biennial Conference

Since the final episode of Blue Planet II took an unflinching look at the impact of human activity on marine life, there has been a sustained and widespread campaign against single use plastics. But how is this impacting our everyday behaviour, and is this translating to more conscious consumerism and more reuse or repair in our home and business?

The Community Reuse Network Ireland (CRNI) conference on the 27th September at Smock Alley Theatre in Dublin, "Everyday Reuse: Engaging Consumers & Businesses" will explore in a highly interactive way how to influence habits to make reuse part of our everyday decision making - at home and in business.  With speakers from across retail, authorities and research institutes, including the EPA, Oxfam, IKEA, Hubbub, Zero Waste Scotland, Sustainable Consumption Institute, WRAP UK, Rediscovery Centre and more, this conference will aim to inform future reuse policy and communications. Bookings are now open here and programme is attached.
