Community Campaigns Executive
The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping CUH Charity’s community fundraising offer while helping to strengthen supporter engagement.
Salary: The salary for this role is in the range of €35,000 - €40,000, depending on experience.
Type: Full-time, permanent.
Location: This role will be mainly based in the CUH Charity Office in Cork University Hospital. There is flexibility to work from home 2 - 3 days per week.
ABOUT CUH Charity
Established in 2012, Cork University Hospital (CUH) Charity’s mission is to provide a range of lifesaving and life-changing equipment, services and facilities for patients of Cork University Hospital and Cork University Maternity Hospital. A dedicated group of healthcare professionals and community members formed CUH Charity to bridge the gap between clinical needs and compassionate care.
CUH Charity work closely with the management team and healthcare experts at CUH and CUMH, to identify the hospital’s most pressing needs and provide financial support for all departments. Their work is very much a team effort, from the charity representatives to volunteers and hospital staff.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Community Campaigns Executive will be the face and voice of CUH Charity within the community, responsible for planning, delivering and stewarding a portfolio of community fundraising activities and supporter journeys.
Taking a hands-on and collaborative approach, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape CUH Charity’s community fundraising offer. Reporting to the Head of Development & Marketing, the role will work closely with colleagues across the charity to promote their mission of ‘Saving and Changing Lives’.
Covering community and events, supporter recruitment and stewardship, marketing, CRM management and budgeting, this is a varied and hands-on role in a small, growing team. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping CUH Charity’s community fundraising offer while helping to strengthen supporter engagement. As the charity continues to grow, the role also offers strong opportunities for professional development and future leadership progression.
