The Wheel works to create the conditions for a thriving community, voluntary and charitable sector in Ireland – one that enables the sector to maximise the contribution that it can make to our local, national, and international lives.

There are many stakeholders that can play a part in ensuring a thriving sector, and this section of the website outlines the challenges and the issues facing community, voluntary and charitable organisations and what we are doing to shape positive policies to address the issues.
