RFT Updating and Developing Safeguarding Policies
Irish Red Cross is seeking tenders from suitably qualified consultants to review, update and develop the organisation’s safeguarding policies.
We are seeking an experienced safeguarding policy consultant to review, update, and develop the following policies in line with best practice, legal requirements, and organisational standards:
- Adult Safeguarding Policy
- Garda Vetting Policy
- Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) Policy

Tenders will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Understanding of the work to be completed 10 points
- Experience of tenderer 30 points
- Proposed methodology and timeline 30 points
- Cost 30 points
