- Communication & Collaboration - Master clear, timely, and human communication, no matter where your team works.
- Performance Management - Set clear expectations and help your team meet them without micromanaging.
- Learning & Development - Find ways to identify development needs, use internal and external resources, and encourage your team to own their learning journey.
- AI in the Distributed Workplace - Use AI strategically to boost your team’s productivity without replacing their efforts.
- Supporting Workplace Well-being - Actively support mental health and connection, even when working apart.
- Team Culture - Shape the culture you want and integrate it into daily interactions.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this program, learners will gain a broad range of knowledge in personal interests and key skills for academic research. They will have the competencies to make informed decisions about further education or training.
This program focuses on action, so expect plenty of practical advice you can implement right away.
You’ll learn from nonprofit peers and insights from experienced remote and hybrid leaders. This course combines self-paced online learning with live sessions and guest speakers.
The time commitment per week is 4 hours:
- 1 hour live call per week
- 3 hours of self-paced learning in your own time on the online hub.
