What you'll do:

  • Promote and market our STEP training opportunities to a range of customers
  • Manage the sales process of STEP, ensuring all customers have a great experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in business development and income generation, preferably in a training environment
  • Demonstrable experience in administering and organising events or training courses
  • Ability to manage a varied workload with competing priorities and demands
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong customer service mindset and experience working in a customer or client facing role
  • Experience delivering or facilitating training in a corporate environment (desirable)
