This meeting of our HSE-funded member network will include an update from The Wheel on the campaign to address pay disparity for Section 39/56/10/40 organisations, including the data-collection exercise currently being undertaken by the HSE.
The meeting will include an open discussion where we hope to hear from our members about other issues and priorities.

Meet the Facilitators
Lily Power is the Policy & Research Manager at The Wheel. Lily has a broad range of experience in the charity and voluntary sector, primarily in the area of arts and culture, having worked as Production Editor with Visual Artists Ireland for a number of years, and as a researcher on a range of projects for nonprofits and public bodies. Lily holds a Master’s in Public Policy from University College Dublin and a BA in History from Trinity College Dublin.
John Gallagher is The Wheel's Public Affairs Consultant. John previously worked as a full-time journalist in national and broadcast media and subsequently in politics as part of the Rainbow government (1994-97). John Gallagher has served on public bodies including:
- The Interdepartmental Group on Social Enterprise
- The Working Group on VAT and Charities established by the Minister for Finance
- The Department of Justice - Irish Prison Service Steering Group on Employment for ex-Offenders.
