Testimonials From Others
We engaged TrustWorki to design and facilitate a bespoke Team Dynamics Workshop with the goal of strengthening team cohesiveness, collaboration, and communication as our consultancy entered a new phase of growth and changing organisation structure.
The session was thoughtfully designed, grounded in evidence, and delivered with a warm, inclusive energy that encouraged open dialogue. The TrustWorki team, led by Rebecca, quickly understood our context and challenges, tailoring the session to ensure relevance and practical impact.
Following the workshop, we saw stronger connection, clearer communication, and improved collaboration across the team. TrustWorki's approach is both people- focused and results-driven, and we would highly recommend them to any organisation looking to build high-performing, trust-based teams.

I wanted our team to learn more about the methods & tools of job coaching, and to gain ideas & inspiration to improve our ability to facilitate successful employment journeys for participants. Alice provided us with a wealth of information & ideas, which got us thinking outside the box. We learned some excellent practical advice & insights, which we now apply in our job coaching roles with participants. Alice has a warm and friendly personality-this made the training much more enjoyable and we always looked forward to our sessions.
