Join Our Hospitality Skills Tutor Panel South Dublin County Partnership – Lifelong Learning Team
South Dublin County Partnership is looking for energetic, passionate trainers to deliver our Introduction to Hospitality Skills programme across the South Dublin County area. This non- accredited programme runs 2 times a year, over 6 weeks, with 3 hours per week of fun, interactive learning for people living in South County Dublin of all abilities.
What You’ll Be Doing Our programmes are hands-on, practical, and full of real-world learning.
We use:
- Role play scenarios (think taking orders, greeting customers, handling rush-hour moments!)
- Practical demonstrations (perfect coffee pours, table setups, tills, teamwork)
- Confidence-building activities (because hospitality is as much about people as it is about skills) To support learners to step into the role of a café assistant, bar worker, or restaurant team member and progress their learning and gain employment in the sector, if that is their goal.
Who We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A Level 6 qualification or higher with experience in hospitality training or hands-on restaurant, café, or bar work
- A talent for making learning fun, accessible, and practical
- Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs
- The ability to break down tasks, adapt to different learning styles, and make everyone feel welcome
