The Care Trust DAC is delighted to appoint an Individual Giving Manager - a new role with the space to innovate, bring fresh ideas and help shape what Individual Giving can become. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an organisation with strong foundations, an engaged supporter base, and a solid platform to grow and evolve Individual Giving over time. You’ll lead the development and delivery of multi-channel Individual Giving campaigns - using data, insight and creativity to strengthen supporter journeys, improve retention and unlock significant untapped potential. 

We’re looking for someone who brings: 

💠 Experience in Individual Giving, fundraising or direct marketing

💠 A strong data and analytical mindset (segmentation, reporting, optimisation)  

💠 Confidence to shape strategy while remaining hands-on  

💠 A genuine interest in impact, storytelling and supporter engagement  This is a role with real scope to test, learn and build, within a team that brings energy, pride and a strong sense of purpose to their work. Important Information 

💠 Salary: €58,000 – €63,000 (DOE)  

💠 25 days annual leave + 2 additional privilege days  

💠 Hybrid working (Blackrock, Co. Dublin)  

💠 Pension and health insurance group scheme (VHI)  

💠 Strong focus on training and development  

💠 Full, clean driving licence and access to a car required
