Limerick City Partnership CLG is an organisation made up of communities, state agencies, social partners, voluntary groups and elected representatives.  It works with communities that have benefitted least from economic and social development and aims to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life of people living in communities in Limerick City. 

We are recruiting a Finance & Compliance Manager to join our Senior Management Team. The role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of all financial and compliance functions, ensuring robust governance, statutory and funder compliance, and transparent reporting. The postholder will manage finance operations, support audit and risk processes, and report to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Contract: Permanent, subject to successful completion of a 6-month probationary period. Upon successful completion, a contract of indefinite duration will be offered, subject to continued funding.

Salary range: €75,000 – €85,000. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management role
• Experience managing teams and governance/regulatory compliance
• Strong financial planning, analytical, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
