Dublin Province of the Redemptorists are recruiting a Director of Provincial Administration
The Dublin Province of Redemptorists is seeking to appoint a Director of Provincial Administration. This is a new full-time appointment based in Dundalk. The Director of Provincial Administration will lead and oversee the Office of the Provincial, providing high-level administrative and governance support to the Provincial. Working closely with the Provincial and designated members of Redemptorist leadership, the postholder will ensure that the Province meets all relevant statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements.
As a senior level leader, the postholder will contribute to strategic direction and day to day operations. The postholder will have responsibility for governance, compliance, risk management, accountability, and operational effectiveness, ensuring that administrative practice supports the mission and life of the Province. The role requires a person with strong leadership in administration, an ability to manage complexity with discretion, and a commitment to the values and ethos of the Redemptorists.
