At Accord  we are experienced and passionate about supporting couples to strengthen their relationships and navigate life’s challenges together. We are now inviting applications for a Couple Counsellor / Therapist to join our dedicated team in our Galway Centre. This is a rewarding opportunity for a suitably qualified professional who is committed to making a meaningful difference in couples’ lives.

The Role

• Provide 20 in-person counselling sessions per week 
• Work across 4 days and 2 evenings (maximum of 5 sessions per day) 
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred couple counselling/therapy in line with Accord values and policies

Candidate Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Couple Counselling/Therapy 
• Relevant clinical experience working with couples 
• Strong grounding and experience in the Person-Centred Approach 
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-focused practice
