Well-run AGMs
Well-run AGMs
We’ve all been to AGMs and left feeling frustrated. They’re a “must-do” event on our annual calendar, but many wish they didn’t have to attend. Why is that?
The main issue is that the purpose of an AGM isn’t well understood. Its importance for a well-run organisation is often overlooked, leading to poor planning.
This workshop will help participants appreciate and plan for an event that members will actually want to attend while benefiting the organisation.
