  • Ensure that high standards of layout and display are kept at all times.

  • Ensure that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the charity shop.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of security for the charity shop and premises.
  • Lead the team by example.
