In this final webinar in our Your Charity's Annual Return series, we will recap on Webinars 1-4, explain the annual return process and provide an overview of the CRA Governance Code.
We will also review the steps you need to take to comply with the Code and the evidence you need to demonstrate your compliance.
This final webinar will:
- Reiterate the importance of completing your annual return to the CRA on time
- Remind you how to do it and explain the information you will need
- Summarise the CRA Governance Code – what it is, how it works and why it’s important
- Consider the action you need to take and the evidence you need to gather to demonstrate your compliance with the Code
- Explain how you report your compliance to the Regulator as part of your annual return.
- Discuss the consequences of submitting your return late or not at all and not declaring compliance with the Code.

He is a Chartered Director, and Company Secretary and serves on the board of a charity.
