Your Charity’s Annual Return 1 – The Process
Our new 5-part Your Charity's Annual Return series will help you prepare to submit your return by the annual deadline which for most charities is 31 October, and the steps you must take to complete the return.
In the first session of the series, attendees will learn:
- The role of the Regulator
- The importance of making a timely annual return
- Completing the return and declaring compliance with the Charities Governance Code – the process and the information that you need.
Demonstrating compliance with the CRA Code is a key part of your return. The other webinars in this series will explain how you can demonstrate that your charity is applying the Code.

GERRY EGAN is a consultant and trainer who works with a variety of commercial and non-profit clients specialising in corporate governance, data protection, and strategy and change. He is a Chartered Director, and Company Secretary and serves on the board of a charity. Gerry is also a judge in the Good Governance Awards for community and voluntary organisations, charities and social enterprises.
