The Aligned Leader - Balancing People, Purpose & Performance
This workshop supports leaders to reset how they lead, building steady confidence, sustainable energy, and clear direction. It uses evidence-based practices that help regulate the nervous system, prevent burnout, and strengthen communication.
Led by Gillian O’Gorman, a former CEO with 17 years’ experience in senior leadership, the workshop draws on real-world experience of leading in complex, under-resourced settings. Gillian will explore the pressures of governance and funding, as well as the personal and emotional demands of leadership.
Participants will leave with practical resources, including reflection tools, simple regulation techniques to reduce overwhelm, and a carefully selected resource guide to support ongoing resilience. There will also be an exclusive option to take part in follow-up coaching or group leadership development sessions.

Gillian O’Gorman is a leadership trainer, coach, and facilitator who works with leaders and teams to build clarity, confidence, and sustainable success.
As the founder of The Burnout Coach, Gillian specialises in burnout prevention, conflict resolution, and nervous system regulation in the workplace. Her approach blends neuroscience-informed coaching, reflective practice, and evidence-based leadership frameworks to help individuals and organisations thrive.
Having led a charity as CEO, she brings empathy, insight, and practical strategies for leaders working under pressure—supporting them to lead with calm authority and clear boundaries.
