A Simple, Accessible Mindfulness Toolkit for Daily Calm
Taking plane on World Mental Health Day, this 1-hour webinar will cover easy-to-remember and accessible breathwork and mindfulness practices that can be integrated into the day-to-day.
Mindfulness and breath tools help to bring perspective and calm into the everyday. They are a powerful support when navigating the busyness and adversity of life. In addition a toolkit that enhances awareness increases acknowledgement of the good things in life. Increased appreciation results in lower stress and more calm!
Participants will leave the session feeling grounded and equipped with tools that they can use to support themselves when navigating life. Evidence tells us that mindfulness practice helps participants to feel more calm and connected, while also reducing inflammation and improving awareness.
The session follow-up will include guided audio files and links to ways for participants to continue their practice following the event.

Meet Your Presenter

Helena Dilleen is a qualified Mindfulness Coach and Mental Health First Aid Associate. She found mindfulness to be highly effective in supporting her in managing her work and personal life. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her and those around her, she pursued professional training. Her goal is to share the valuable skillset learned with as many people as possible, helping them to enhance mental clarity, build resilience, and maintain overall well-being.
