The 5 Ps of Resilience: Strengthening Your Mindset for the Future is a 60-minute interactive webinar designed to help participants build a more resilient mindset in the face of stress and change.
This session will introduce you to the 5 Ps framework: Presence, Purpose, Power, People & Preparation as foundational pillars of resilience. Participants will explore how stress manifests physiologically and behaviourally, including common responses such as fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. They’ll also learn how to recognise their own patterns and apply practical, evidence-informed strategies to manage stress in real time.
Through a blend of theory, self-reflection, and interactive practice, participants will leave with a personalised resilience toolkit to support their wellbeing in both personal and professional settings.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Recognise stress responses and warning signs
- Understand the 5 Ps of Resilience and how they contribute to resilience, self-awareness, and sustained wellbeing
- Apply in-the-moment stress interrupters
