Inclusive Design to Delight Untapped Talent

Human-centred design has been responsible for innovation in so many parts of organisational life, but recruitment and onboarding are often overlooked.

Generation Ireland has worked with hundreds of exciting, diverse candidates and learned firsthand the difference that inclusive design can make to your process, pipeline and even your retention.

This free webinar will help you to broaden the appeal of your organisation to the very best candidates when recruiting.

In particular, the webinar will focus on cost-free tweaks you can make to:

  • The planning
  • The interactions
  • The information, and
  • The events, that can delight high potential candidates from untapped sources.

Generation Ireland is a nonprofit organisation that transforms education-to-employment systems to support people facing barriers to work into life changing careers. Part of the global Generation network that has supported over 130,000 people back into work, we deliver free, practical, and employer-informed skills bootcamp training programmes that equip individuals from underrepresented backgrounds - particularly those who are unemployed and underemployed, with the skills, support, and mindset needed to succeed in high-demand sectors. Since launching in Ireland, Generation has supported over 650 people, and collaborated with employers, government agencies, and training providers to help close the skills gap and create pathways to sustainable careers.
