- Know how to get the most from your meetings and how to make them purposeful.
- Understand how to encourage discussion and participation at meetings.
- Be aware of how to challenge appropriately and hold people to account.

Meet Your Host:
Eileen Murphy is a Trainer, Consultant and Coach since 2002-present in the nonprofit and public sector. Eileen’s training specialisms include: Project Management, Outcomes Evaluation, Leadership development, Coaching and Mentoring and Volunteer Management.
Eileen has a track record of assisting organisations, trustees and staff to develop their confidence and professional practice to make real change in people’s lives. Eileen has held senior posts in HR and Training and Development in the Third Sector and the health service. Eileen is an EMCC Global Accredited Coaching Senior Practitioner.
