myGwork’s WorkPride 2026 Returns for Seventh Year, Uniting Global Employers and LGBTQ+ Talent for Inclusive Workplaces.

Free five-day virtual conference runs June 8–12, backed by new research showing nearly 4 in 5 LGBTQ+ graduates refuse to work where they can’t be out London – myGwork, the world’s largest LGBTQ+ talent and professional networking platform, today announced WorkPride 2026 – the seventh edition of its flagship, five-day global virtual conference on workplace inclusion. Running from June 8–12, WorkPride will bring together a worldwide audience of LGBTQ+ professionals, allies, HR and DEI leaders, and inclusive employers committed to building safer, fairer, and more equitable workplaces.

Under the slogan ‘Building workplaces that enable every talent to thrive’, this year’s conference is led by headline sponsor Booking.com, with day sponsors Taylor Wessing, Organon, Canada Life UK, and RS Group. New data underlines why events like WorkPride remain essential. The myGwork LGBTQ+ Student & Graduate Survey 2026 reveals that:

• 79% of LGBTQ+ student and graduate respondents would not want to work for an employer where they couldn’t be out at work.

• 72% say they are more likely to be out from day one if they know the organisation is genuinely inclusive.

• 48% report witnessing discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity at their place of study or work.

• Over a third say they have personally experienced biphobia, homophobia, or transphobia.

Against this backdrop, WorkPride 2026 will offer an extensive programme of panels, interactive workshops, and networking sessions designed to address these challenges head-on. Attendees from around the world will hear from expert speakers, share best practice, and gain practical tools to create workplaces where all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions are respected and celebrated.

This year’s core themes include:

• Intersectionality and Belonging

• Inclusive Onboarding for All Employees

• Business Travel as LGBTQ+

• Women at Work: Techniques for Breaking Barriers

• Race and Belonging: Building Inclusive Spaces for People of Colour

• Trans and Non-Binary Inclusion at Work.

“WorkPride 2026 comes at a time when too many LGBTQ+ people still don’t feel safe or supported at work. This conference is about turning that data into action – equipping employers and professionals with the insight, tools, and networks they need to create truly inclusive environments. We invite everyone who believes in equitable workplaces to be part of this global movement for change.”
