Whistleblowing and Protected Disclosures - 17 Sept Workshop for Irish Charities
Transparency International Ireland’s Integrity at Work (IAW) programme is now offering a free workshop for Irish charities on ‘Understanding Whistleblowing and Protected Disclosures.’
This workshop will take place on Tuesday, 17 September from 9:30 – 12:30

The workshop will cover:
- The duties of charities under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 (as amended 2022)
- Practical steps for receiving, assessing and managing disclosures
- An overview of statutory guidance and TI Ireland’s “Speaking Up Safely” resources
Each session is delivered live via Zoom, with dates confirmed upon registration.
These fully online workshops, running from March through October and will address the following questions:
- What are the duties of Irish charities under the amended Protected Disclosures legislation?
- How will Irish charities be required to respond to and manage reports/disclosures?
- What support and resources are available to both workers and employers?
