Upcoming PiLaR Programme
PiLaR stands for Peer Led Resilience. In 2014, we developed PiLaR as a support programme for those supporting a person with an eating disorder, including family members such as parents, siblings, partners and friends.
As part of this, we offer parents and families a FREE structured programme, via four 2 hour sessions, delivered online, once a week over four weeks. The programme incorporates both psycho-education and support, as well as practical advice and skills to help you support your family member towards recovery.Supporting families has always been a core aspect of our work. As part of this, we offer a suite of family supports, which start with attendance at our PiLaR family support programme, a free four week structured programme delivered once a week, in 2-hour sessions.
The programme incorporates both psycho-education and support, as well as practical advice and skills to help you support your family member towards recovery.
The next PiLaR programme will commence on: Monday 29 June from 7-9pm online via Zoom.
The subsequent sessions will take place on 6, 13 and 20 July.
