Shape the future of arts with communities!

Posted on 12 May 2025

For over 40 years, Create has worked with artists, charities and community groups to develop powerful projects and initiatives. We are proud of our history of leading and developing collaborative arts practice between socially engaged artists and communities of interest or communities of place in Ireland and are ambitious about the future of this work and its potential to address the social challenges of our time.

We’re inviting artists, arts workers, community and charity sector representatives, researchers, activists, arts managers and more throughout Ireland to contribute to our new strategy through a series of events taking place in-person and online throughout May and June.

These sessions will focus on your current experiences of collaborative arts practice, and where Create may be able to support you further. They’ll be open and friendly events, with opportunities for catching up with peers, as well as some creative challenges.
