Safe Assess - Research Participation
Safe Assess is here to help keep people safe in a simple, clear, and reliable way. Its goal is to support anyone working with children, older adults, or others who might be at risk, giving them the tools they need to spot concerns early and make the best decisions to keep everyone safe and supported.
It works by providing easy-to-use guidance so that everyone is assessed fairly, no matter who is doing the check. Safe Assess encourages looking at the whole picture—not just the obvious risks, but also emotional, social, and environmental factors that can affect someone’s wellbeing. This helps make sure that people get the right support at the right time.
Another big part of Safe Assess is helping teams work together. When everyone is using the same approach and language, it’s much easier to share information, talk through concerns, and plan what to do next.
In the end, Safe Assess is all about creating confidence, protecting people who need it most, and making sure that safety and care are always at the heart of what we do.
