Selenna Reilly – Programmes Manager, Oberstown Children Detention Campus
With over 26 years of experience at Oberstown in roles ranging from Social Care Worker to Head of Programmes, Selenna leads the delivery of evidence-based interventions that address offending behaviours among young people in secure care. She brings expertise in reflective practice, supervision, and trauma-informed approaches, and has presented widely to both practitioners and students across Ireland.
Brian Hogan – Director, Relationships at Work
Brian brings 36 years’ experience in the public sector, including 20 years in senior leadership roles and five years as CEO. His expertise spans leadership, relational care, and team development. A passionate mentor of emerging leaders, Brian also contributes to boards and professional bodies that shape social care standards nationally.
