Meet Your Speaker
Simon Birchall is the HR Consultancy Team Leader at Peninsula Ireland.
Throughout his career and during his time with Peninsula, he has attained extensive experience in advising employers through complex HR scenarios.
He currently leads a team which is responsible for the drafting of contracts of employment and employee handbooks, including policies and procedures. He ensures all clients’ needs are met and that they are fully informed of how to be compliant in the implementation of these procedures.
