National Conference on Stroke 2026, 27 Apr
The National Conference on Stroke 2026, hosted by The South Tipperary Stroke Communication Group, will take place on Monday, April 27, 2026, at the Cashel Palace Hotel, Co. Tipperary from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
The National Conference on Stroke is a leading national event dedicated to discussing stroke prevention, acute treatment, rehabilitation and long-term support for stroke survivors. It brings together leading professionals in the treament of stroke, researchers, stroke survivors, family carers, clinicians, therapists, policymakers and community advocates to share knowledge and strengthen collaboration.
Expert keynote speakers will provide clinical insight, while survivor testimonies will offer powerful lived experience, reminding all involved of the human impact behind the statistics. A strong focus is placed on awareness, advocacy and improving pathways of care nationwide.
The Conference will open at 9:30 to allow review of the many support stands and the Official Opening will take place at 10:00am. There will be an interval during which tea/coffee and cookies will be served and there will also be some music during the event.
Stroke survivors and their family members are particularly welcome along with anyone who has an interest in stroke care.
