Over the past 2 years, supported by Erasmus+ project partners, The Wheel has developed a training induction programme for newcomers to the charity and community sector called Foundations 4 Sector 3 (F4S3). We are now ready to launch this innovative programme and invite you to join us to learn more about this new induction programme and related EU funding.

This free online workshop will:
- Provide an in-depth overview of the F4S3 programme
- Give an insight into how this programme enhanced the work of one of our pilot participants
- Look at the evolving skills landscape in the charity and community sector
- The Wheel’s Access Europe team will provide some insight on EU funding and how to get started in a partnership and project, such as F4S3.
Programme details
Foundations 4 Sector 3 is a blended induction-training programme for the non-profit community. It has been designed for people who have recently started working in the sector; new entrants, recent college graduates, or those who have made a career change. The course provides participants with an understanding of how the third sector functions with modules on governance, funding, policy and advocacy, and important skills such as communication, project management and reporting.
