The National Disability Authority would like to invite you to our Annual Conference.
The conference will be a blended event, registration is available here https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RV2BBBK
The 2022 conference will examine Article 9 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) on Accessibility.
Key points we would like share through this conference, include an understanding Article 9 of the UNCRPD; exploring a holistic understanding of accessibility, equal access and employment; exchanging learning across the public and private sectors; moving beyond the minimum standards; using universal design principles to build inclusive environments including information and services.
The conference will be of interest to:
- Policy makers
- Public sector officials
- Local authority officials
- Disabled Persons Organisations and other disability organisations
- Individuals with disabilities and their families.

The registration form will allow you to indicate any further accessibility requirements you may have, for example if access to a quiet room where the main event will be streamed is required.
