HUGG, Ireland’s national suicide bereavement organisation, is dedicated to supporting adults bereaved by suicide. We provide FREE practical information and emotional support after a suicide occurs.
We are pleased to announce we have extended our peer support service in West Cork by offering HUGG Walks - a welcoming space where people bereaved by suicide can get outdoors and connect with others who truly understand.

Led by an experienced walker and supported by a HUGG volunteer, each walk offers the benefits of movement, nature and connection.
If you are over 18, you are welcome to come along. HUGG Walks is a safe, non-judgmental space for mutual support and shared understanding.
