HUGG, Ireland’s national suicide bereavement organisation, is dedicated to supporting adults bereaved by suicide. We provide FREE practical information and emotional support after a suicide occurs. We are pleased to announce we have extended our peer support service offering HUGG Walks- a welcoming space where people bereaved by suicide can get outdoors and connect with others who truly understand.

Please see all the details below and creative assets attached for sharing wider. Please share the news with your networks, organisations within your local community and across social media channels where possible.

HUGG Walks
Led by an experienced walker and supported by a HUGG volunteer, each walk offers the benefits of movement, nature and connection.

If you are over 18, you are welcome to come along. HUGG Walks is a safe, non-judgmental space for mutual support and shared understanding.

Our next walk is taking place at Forrest Loop, Hellfire Club, Dublin, 11am on Saturday, 27th September.

Please note there is a free minibus service available for this walk:
