Understanding Conflict and Effective Strategies for Resolving it.   Free Online Zoom Webinar Wednesday 9 December.

Rare if not non-existent is the life that doesn’t in some way, shape or form experience conflict somewhere, sometime and some how on its journey.  Its forms are many and so are its outcomes; sometimes successful, but many times not.

In this Free online Zoom Webinar, we shall be looking at three main approaches to the area of conflict and how to possibly resolve it as follows:

1.      What is Conflict?  What causes it?

2.      Ways of Resolving Conflict.  What forums are available?

3.      Outcomes.  Finding consensus and finding solutions.
