CLM are delighted to be delivering an ‘Education Rights: Addressing School Problems’ training on Monday 11 May 10am-1pm online!

1. Education Law and Governance in Ireland
2. Common Problems Faced in Schools

- Special needs education, reasonable accommodation and discrimination
- Bullying
- Informal exclusion, reduced timetables and admission refusal
- Discipline, suspension, expulsion and Section 29 appeals.

4. Appeals and Formal Processes
5. Escalating Matters to External Bodies.
