CPD at Barnardos this Summer
Did you know that CPD can be done in many ways and not just by attending training?
An Early Years educator can allocate CPD hours to a variety of planned and unplanned activities such as;
- attendance at new/refresher training,
- interagency/networking meetings,
- reading and research time,
- supervision with colleagues,
- team reflective practice sessions
