COVID-19 Volunteer Recognition
If you know someone who volunteered their time in response to COVID-19, please tell us about them by completing the form below. We just need a little information about the volunteer to make sure we can contact them. They will then be entered into a lottery for an invitation to a special event in their county recognising COVID-19 volunteers during National Volunteering Week (16 – 22 May).
