Community Law & Mediation are seeking new board members

Community Law & Mediation is seeking new board members with close links to the communities that CLM works with and for. We are particularly interested in meeting candidates from our local communities in North Dublin and Limerick. 

We are seeking people who are involved in their communities in a volunteer or professional capacity and have a good understanding of the challenges their communities face and the ways in which they could be supported by CLM’s services. Our core services include legal advice and representation on housing and homelessness, social welfare, environmental law, unequal treatment and children’s rights. We also carry out complementary community mediation, education and policy work. 

The successful candidates will join an effective and dedicated Board, focused both on maintaining the organisation’s 50 year legacy of supporting underserved communities and its future strategy in developing new dynamic services to meet the needs of our communities as they are today.
