Bank of Ireland Learning Exchange 2025 - Courses for Charities & NGOs, 24 Oct

Business in the Community Ireland is delighted to inform the Irish non-profit sector that Learning Exchange – Bank of Ireland’s learning & development initiative for Charities and NGOs – is returning this October 2025.

Since 2012, Bank of Ireland has been providing places on top-class training courses to community groups, NGOs, and Charities. Bank of Ireland are happy to announce Learning Exchange will be returning on Friday the 24th of October 2025 and the courses will be delivered by Bank of Ireland’s training partner Accenture in the BOI training centre in Cabinteely, Dublin 18.

The Learning Exchange courses available are:

1. Presentation Skills [Full Day] - 2 courses
2. People Management Fundamentals [Full Day]
3. Persuasion & Influence [Full Day]
4. Building Personal Resilience [Half Day] - Morning Session 09:30 – 12:30
5. Building Personal Resilience [Half Day] - Afternoon Session 13:30 – 16:30

How to register for courses:

Places are limited per course and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis (and based on previous Learning Exchange events, we expect them to sell out fast!) Click on the red registration links in the course descriptions below to access the courses. If you have any difficulty with this system, please email learningexchange@bitc.ie.

A maximum of 2 attendees from the same non-profit organisation are permitted to register for a single course.

Waiting List:

If the course you have selected is currently full, there is an option on Eventbrite for you to be added to a waiting list. If any places become available (i.e. if we get any cancellations), those tickets will be offered to people on the mailing list. For any queries about the waiting list, you can email learningexchange@bitc.ie.

Payment:

A nominal fee of €35 is required to secure your place for the full-day courses. This payment is required when booking your ticket on Eventbrite. Note: We can only accept payment by Credit/Debit Card through Eventbrite, and we will not be accepting any payments on the day of Learning Exchange. If you have any issues with processing payment, please contact Livia Bartolomé and Calum Ó Raghallaigh from Business in the Community Ireland at learningexchange@bitc.ie. On the day of Learning Exchange on the 24th of October 2025, at least one of the non-profit organisations attending will be randomly selected and will receive a donation based on the amounts collected.
