Announcement of Adult Literacy for Life (ALL) Strategy Mid-Term Review and Invitation to Engage
SOLAS is pleased to announce that it has appointed ThreeSixtyInsights to undertake the Mid-Term Review of the Adult Literacy for Life (ALL) Strategy.
The Mid-Term Review will consider:
- The oversight and implementation structures established to support the delivery of the strategy
- Progress to date on the actions identified in the strategy (including any particular challenges or achievements)
- The appropriateness and continued relevance of the actions, targets and measures contained in the strategy.
The Adult Literacy for Life (ALL) Strategy was launched in 2021 as a comprehensive 10-year initiative aimed at enhancing adult literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy across Ireland.
As part of its commitment to continuous improvement and accountability, the strategy includes a provision for an independent mid-term review. This review is a crucial milestone, intended to evaluate progress and ensure the strategic objectives remain relevant and effective during the second half of the implementation period.
Stakeholders in the ALL strategy are being invited to participate and discuss their perspectives on the above key issues. Opportunities will be extended to all interested stakeholders to engage with the work of the consultant team across August and September 2026. Your organisation can contribute via:
- Participation in scheduled online focus group discussions
and/or
- Providing a written submission.
