Request for Proposals: Strategy Development for The Wheel
The Wheel’s Board of Trustees invites proposals from consultants or agencies experienced in strategy development to develop our new strategic plan for 2027 onwards.
This work will include stakeholder engagement, sector analysis, development of strategic aims and objectives, plus supporting KPIs.
