Request for Tenders: Communications Strategy for New Project
The Wheel is seeking an experienced communications consultant or agency to develop a comprehensive communications strategy and implementation plan for our new initiative, the New Solutions Social Innovation Hub.
This work will include audience analysis, core messaging development, and a multi-channel communications approach, with the project expected to begin in early 2026.
New Solutions is Ireland’s national hub for accelerating social innovation, designed to strengthen and empower communities by supporting bold ideas that address social and environmental challenges. The Hub is delivered by a consortium led by Rethink Ireland, in partnership with Dublin City University, the Local Development Companies Network, Údarás na Gaeltachta, the Western Development Commission, and The Wheel.
The programme is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) EIST 2021–2027 Programme, and is overseen by Pobal.
