The Wheel is Recruiting: Leadership Academy Manager
We're looking for the right person to manage a brand new, recently launched initiative called The Leadership Academy.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:

With The Leadership Academy, develop The Wheel’s Leadership programmes to contribute to key strategic objectives through a phased and dynamic development process.

Working closely with the colleagues in the Skills Team, seek and develop opportunities to align the majority of our training programmes under The Leadership Academy branding and concept over time.

Provide leadership, management, supervision and support to assigned staff.

Working with Skills and Operations Team, ensure the effectiveness of event management processes and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and passionate about positive social change. With a confident personal style they should be able to engage and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, including leaders from organisations right across the sector.
