Background Information
Dublin Rape Crisis Centre (DRCC) is seeking a committed, dynamic, and values-driven "We-Consent" Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead the next phase of "We-Consent" - Ireland’s first nationwide initiative dedicated to transforming public understanding of consent across all demographics.
Launched in 2023, "We-Consent" empowers people across the country to build healthier, more respectful relationships through informed and honest conversation. Rooted in lived experience and driven by long-term cultural change, the project delivers impact through its core pillars of work - national conversations, community engagement, education and workshops, partnership-building, and evidence-based research.
The Role
As "We-Consent" Manager (Maternity Cover), you will play a central role in shaping this national movement. You will lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of the project; strengthen meaningful partnerships across communities. You will support a passionate team working to create a future where consent is understood, valued, and practiced by all.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving the strategic planning and delivery of the "We-Consent" project.
- Managing the innovative new Masculinity Project in its first year.
- Maintaining strong relationships with survivors, NGOs, communities, funders, and public bodies.
The Person
You will bring:
- At least two years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, project coordination/leadership, and relationship management.
- Confidence working with diverse groups, including presenting, facilitating, and hosting discussions.
